If you ordered a special delivery item, you will be charged once a delivery time is confirmed. For digitally delivered orders, your credit or debit card will be charged at the time that you initiate the download of the product.
Using Digital Coupons
Digital Coupons, unlike credit or debit cards, are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. Return Policy
You may return merchandise purchased at Digitalextender.com if it meets the guidelines below.
Important: If you have any reason, you must return a portion or all of your orders, please notify RTcom USA, Inc. to receive a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the day they were issued.
Guidelines
you may return equipment to an RTcomUSA, Inc. by mail to our NJ warehouse. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer equipment exchanges.
14-Day Return Period
Fourteen days from the date equipment was received, refunds are available on all our equipments.
Exceptions
Items that are abused, equipment have not been subjected to Mechanical, electrical, or modifications (if warranty seal is broken).
Any equipment missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on opened box, these fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
Damaged or Defective Items
if you return a damaged or defective item by mail or to an RTcomUSA, Inc, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item in our online store.
